Introduction: Maturity is the ongoing process of moving toward an advanced level in our thinking and acting (Philippians 3:15-16, Hebrews 5:13-14).
1. SERVICE TOWARD OTHERS ADVANCEMENT (4:11-12):
A. Equipping saints.
B. Evangelizing sinners.
C. Encouraging saints.
2. SUPPORT OF THE BODY ADVANCEMENT (4:12-13):
A. Building up the body.
B. Bringing brethren together.
C. Bringing about wisdom.
3. STABILITY OF SELF ADVANCEMENT (4:13-14):
A. Being strong in Christ.
B. Being sound in doctrine.
