Introduction: There is no middle ground with God. You are either a friend of God or a friend of the world.

1. FRIEND OF GOD – ABRAHAM (18:1-33):

B. He Served His Wife (9-15):

C. He Served The Lost Of The World (16-33);
1) Abraham solicited God’s mercy (16-24):
a) Abraham informed of their sin (16-21).
b) Abraham intercedes on their behalf (22-24).
2) Abraham saw God’s justice (25-33):
a) The bargaining (25-32).
b) The blessing (33).

2. FRIEND OF THE WORLD – LOT (19:1-38):

CONCLUSION: Friends of God will seek Him and friends of the world must forsake their worldly ways (Isaiah 55:6-7).

4. THE NAME “ISAAC” (17:17-27):
A. The laughter he caused (17-18).
B. The link he provided (19).
C. The legitimate seed (20-27):

CONCLUSION: Regardless of the names people wear, God has great plans for His people and He is at work in our lives when we choose to live for Him.
